It seems to count way more steps than I’m actually taking, so it’s not really that useful for me. I was hoping it would be more accurate, but... yeah, not so much.

It does sync, so I guess it technically works, but the connection seems to drop often. Not sure if it’s just my setup or the device, but it’s definitely been a little unreliable for me.

It does look cool, I’ll give it that. But once I started using it every day, it felt more awkward than I expected. The company makes it sound super smooth and thoughtfully designed, but that feels a bit like shiny marketing talk to me. It’s nice-looking, just not as comfortable or easy to use as they make it seem.

I expected a bit more for what I paid. It’s not terrible, but for the price, it just doesn’t feel like a good value. I’d probably look for a cheaper option next time.

The watch face options feel limited. I got bored of the ones available way faster than I thought I would.

tracking was easy to follow, and the box only showed up a day later than expected. overall, not a big deal

I ordered my usual size, but the fit was all over the place. It felt really tight in some weird spots and loose in others, which made it uncomfortable. It kept digging in whenever I moved, and I tried to wear it for a full day but ended up giving up. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered a replacement strap after mine snapped, and the whole thing was more frustrating than it needed to be. The website kept making me enter the same details over and over, and support took days to get back to me each time. At one point I was half expecting some random extra charge to pop up, because the process just didn’t feel very clear.
They did eventually send the replacement, and the strap itself works fine, but it took almost three weeks with barely any updates along the way. I’m glad it got sorted in the end, but it really shouldn’t be that much of a hassle for a simple replacement.

I had a warranty issue with my Misfit tracker and reached out to their support team. They got back to me by email after a day or so and asked for my order info a photo of the issue and the serial number.
They got it sorted in the end though it took a little longer than I expected because I had to send one extra follow up message. I’d give it 4 stars since the help was useful and they did fix it just not quite perfect.

The app looks decent enough, but using it is kind of annoying, especially when I’m in a hurry. It feels slow, and some parts are confusing for no reason. Syncing my device took multiple tries, which was frustrating when I just wanted to get it done quickly. A few buttons also don’t really do what I expected. It’s not the worst app, but it definitely needs work...

I wanted to like this, but when I’m out on runs the heart rate readings just don’t seem to line up with how I’m actually feeling or what I’m seeing from other trackers, and it happens often enough that I’ve stopped really trusting the numbers

I wasn’t impressed with the build quality at all. It just feels kind of flimsy in hand, and mine ended up breaking way sooner than I expected. For the price, I definitely expected something sturdier...

The app keeps closing on me for no reason, and half the time it won’t even sync with my watch. It used to work perfectly fine, so this is frustrating. What a joke

The app itself looks fine, but the GPS just isn’t reliable for me. It keeps dropping out or showing routes I didn’t actually take. I’ll finish a run and think it went well, then, actually, no, the distance ends up shorter than it really was. After a few weeks of dealing with it, it’s frustrating and I’m not very happy with it.

I had to reach out to Misfit support because there was an issue with my order. To be fair, they did get back to me and they were polite, so it wasn’t a nightmare or anything. But man, waiting a couple days between each reply got old fast. Like, I get that support teams are busy, but when you’re trying to sort out an order problem, the back-and-forth starts feeling way more dramatic than it needs to be. They did fix it in the end, which I appreciate, but the whole thing would’ve been so much less annoying if the replies were just a bit quicker...

I got annoyed quickly using this site. It felt like I had to dig around for even the most basic things, and the pages just weren’t laid out in a way that made sense to me. Even setting up an account turned into a whole hassle, which should’ve been simple. It also had that cold, automated-system feel where you’re just being pushed through steps instead of actually being helped. I ended up giving up because it wasn’t worth the frustration.

Yikes. The sleep tracking just doesn’t seem accurate for me at all. It’s frustrating because it never really tracks my sleep right

After the latest update, the app started having syncing issues, and this is where it got annoying: my watch barely works with it now. It was fine before, but now it feels like the update just broke the main thing I use it for.

The tracking is okay overall, but the step count feels off sometimes. I reached out about it and got transferred around a bit, which was annoying. It works, just not as consistently as I’d like
